Courier

All orders shipped via courier will be traceable to final point of delivery – where a signature is required. Should delivery be required where recipient is unable to receive the goods – they may be left in an unsecure location at recipient’s own risk providing we have a written instruction (e.g. email/fax).

Postage

All orders shipped via Royal Mail will have proof of postage obtained by us. This will be deemed the end of our responsibility for the shipping of all orders. Where orders are traceable, we will endeavour to offer all assistance in supporting you in tracing an item.

ALL RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE EXCEPT WHERE YOUR PURCHASE IS DEEMED FAULTY.

Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services. Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full.
