How do I buy a teddy?
Click on the "Gifts" button on the menu to the left.
Next, decide if you want a Teddy Bear Kit or a Talking Ted by clicking on the relevant link.
You'll see a long list of teddy bears, if you see one that you like, just click on the "buy" button to add him to the shopping basket. Choose "see more" to find out more details.
Once you've chosen all of the items you want, click on checkout to start the payment process.
How do I buy a party kit?
Click on the "Parties" link on the menu to the left.
Once you're in the party page, you can choose which kind of party you want.
Next, you will see a group of teddy bears, type in the number of each teddy you want to add to your party.
Click update to add the teddy bears to your party basket, once you're sure about your teddies, click next to move on.
You'll be given a choice of optional extras to enhance your party. You can add any number of extras you want.
Clicking next, will take you through to the final page where you get to review your party choice.
You can click back at any point to change your choices.
Finally, clicking buy adds that party to your shopping basket.
Click on checkout to start the payment process.
Is the online purchasing system secure?
We use a secure online purchasing system from www.securetrading.com so you don't need to worry about compromising your security or information.
How soon will I receive my bears?
Provided the products are in stock, we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders must be placed by telephone no later than midday to ensure a next day delivery.

How do the Kuddly Kits work?
Teddy Bear Kits come in a carrybox with a peephole for the head. Each kit contains a pre-sewn skin (40cm plus) with one-way zipper closure, stuffing, heart, 10 second recordable voice box, birth certificate and instructions. Follow the step-by-step instructions to make the animal of your choice - stuff and fluff, add a heart, personalise with a special voice message, fill in the birth certificate – and you’ve made a friend for life!
How do do the Talking Teds work?
Talking Teds carry a velour heart-shaped pouch which holds the voice box.
What's the difference between a Kuddly Kit and a Talking Ted?
Teddy Bear Kits contain all you need to make your own teddy bear with pre-sewn skin and one-way zipper closure. There is no sewing involved but the kit is great fun to put together for those who want a creative experience. Each kit contains skin, stuffing, heart, birth certificate, 10 second recordable voice chip and instructions.
Talking Teds are ready-to-go and carry a velour heart-shaped padded pouch containing a 10 second recordable voice box. Personalise the bear with a special message on the voice box.
How do do the Voice Boxes work?
* Remove the plastic packaging (including ring) from the voice box.
* Rotate the upper part of the voice box until the grey recording button is exposed.
* Press the grey button to record your message (10 seconds recording time.)
* Speak into the microphone hole. The red LED will light up when the voice box is recording your message.
* Now press the white button to play your message back.
* You can re-record until you are happy with your greeting.
* Rotate the top until the grey button is concealed.
How do you secure the bear if there is no stitching involved?

Can you wash the bears?
Our teddy bears, furry friends and raggy dolls prefer not to be put in the washing machine! However they are surface washable.
How do I decorate the T-shirts?
We supply a range of fabric pens and transfers which can be used to personalise the T-shirts for the teddy bears.
Are the teddies safe for small children?
Be My Bears are all non toxic and carry the CE label conforming to toy safety regulations. They are suitable for children over 3 years of age.

What is a party kit?
Each party kit contains all the component parts needed to make your very own teddy bear or furry friend. It includes invitations, pre-sewn skin, stuffing, heart, birth certificate, teddy carry bag, easy to follow instructions, and ideas for additional party games.
How do you secure the bear if there is no stitching involved?

How long does the party last?
We estimate that the teddy bear-making and the other related activities which we suggest will take about one and a half hours, so allow for a party lasting two hours to include your teddy bear picnic birthday tea.
What age group are the parties suitable for?
Our teddy bear and craft parties have a broad appeal and will suit children from the age of four right up to teenagers. Everyone loves our creative ideas, young and old alike!
Can I order a selection of different bears?
Yes. You can mix and match all our products and as long as the order is for 10 or more, you will pay the discounted price.
Do I need to buy any extras to run my party?
No. All our party kits contain everything you need for the party. All you have to think about is your food, party tableware and any prizes you may want to supply.
Do I need party goody bags?
Definitely not. Each guest will be taking their wonderful creations home with them in the party bag provided in your kit.

Teddy bear's' picnic
Serve up a teddy bear's picnic to complete the experience. If you're feeling adventurous you can recreate the woods using branches and leaves at home or at your hired venue. Sit the children (and their teddy bears!) round a checked tablecloth at the table or on the floor. You can use teddy bear cutters for the sandwiches or sponge cakes.
