Unwanted or faulty goods will be refunded, but must be returned within 7 days.

Small orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and priced according to weight. Most larger orders (e.g. Party Packs) are delivered by Courier next day at a charge of £10. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Eire carry a higher charge and are priced according to weight. We will advise you of any additional charges when you place your order. All orders shipped via courier will be traceable to final point of delivery – where a signature is required. Should delivery be required where recipient is unable to receive the goods – they may be left in an unsecure location at recipient’s own risk providing we have a written instruction (e.g. email/fax).

All orders shipped via Royal Mail will have proof of postage obtained by us. This will be deemed the end of our responsibility for the shipping of all orders. Where orders are traceable, we will endeavour to offer all assistance in supporting you in tracing an item.

ALL RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE EXCEPT WHERE YOUR PURCHASE IS DEEMED FAULTY.
