1. Errata Be My Bear may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Be My Bear reserves the right to make changes, corrections and/or improvements to Be My Bear, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice.

2. Availability Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

3. Pricing Policy The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4. Returns Policy Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days of the original order. Any item returned must be in its original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item(s) returned meeting the above conditions. If the original purchase was by cheque, a refund cheque will be sent to the mailing address you provide. Please return the item to Be My Bear Limited, Unit, ros Industriasl Park, Church Road,Rhos On Sea , Conwy. LL28 4YX. along with your proof of purchase and a letter stating the fault with your item. NB as we offer a discount on 10 or more bears any bears which have been bought at a discounted price will be refunded minus the appropriate discount. This only applies if your order is reduced to less than 10 bears.;
   ALL RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE EXCEPT WHERE YOUR PURCHASE IS DEEMED FAULTY.
   Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services. Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full.

5. Safe Internet Shopping Every online transaction you make will be 100% safe, we use the services of Secure Checkout - Secure Site Hosting. You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Be My Bear Ltd. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Intellectual Property Be My Bear's Internet sites may contain or reference trademarks, patents, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of Be My Bear and/or other parties. No license to or right in any such trademarks, patents, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights of Be My Bear and/or other parties is granted to or conferred upon you.

By using the BeMyBear.co.uk web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Basic Terms

1. You must be 13 years and older to upload images.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
3. You must not use the Be My Bear gallery abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Be My Bear users.
4. You may not use the BeMyBear.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
5. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on BeMyBear.com.
6. Be My Bear is intended for personal use and is not a generic image hosting service. Professional or corporate use of the Be My Bear gallery is prohibited.
7. You must not modify, adapt or hack BeMyBear.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with BeMyBear.com.
8. You must not create or submit unwanted email to Be My Bear or other Be My Bear gallery users (“Spam”).
9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
10. You must not, in the use of Be My Bear, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Be om account. While BeMyBear.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Be My Bear cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the BeMyBear.com gallery at your own risk.

General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the BeMyBear.com gallery service for any reason, without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
• The Be My Bear gallery makes it possible to post images hosted on Be My Bear to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display images hosted on flickr.com must provide a link back to Be My Bear from each photo to its photo page on Be My Bear.
• Your account will also be terminated if it is used for hosting graphic elements of web page designs, icons, smilies, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges and other non-photographic elements on external websites.
